Externally Focused Program
What is F2F?
F2F is a ministry of FPBC formed to lend helping hands to needy families in our community by being friends to them.
F2F targets single parents, families in r-e-a-l need and families who sent their children to our pre-school education program at Rifle Range.
Why F2F?
This is one of the ways we can bridge our community with God’s love.
We are taking a small step towards our vision of seeing social transformation in our City.
How can I be Part of F2F?
Sign up as a friend to visit and give encouragement to identified families.
Sign up as a friend to give practical care (ferry the sick, distribute groceries)
Sign up as a friend to offer part time jobs (domestic help, cooking services)
Sign up as a friend to provide tuition to the children.
Sign up as a friend to organize outings for the children.
Practical suggestions and ideas are welcome.

Pre-school Education Program @ Rifle Range, Air Itam
FPBC started a pre-school education program at Rifle Range, Air Itam as part of the F2F program. In line with our vision to shine for Christ, we want to build deep, lasting relationships with the community and to serve them in God's love by laying a strong learning foundation through good, quality pre-school education as well as through family adoption program. Through the pre-school and adoption program, we hope to see a positive social and economic transformation in this city for Christ.
How Can I Be Part of this Work?
- Sponsor a child financially. We need RM1,000 a month to cover the expenses. The money goes to employing a teacher, providing snacks for the children, books and paying utility bills. Minimum sum is RM50/mth. Minimum commitment period is 1 year.
- Adopt a child and his/her family. We need 10 adopters.
- To mentor and follow up on the child’s progress.
- To be a friend to the child and the child’s family.
- To pray for and share the word with the child and the family.
- To bring the child out once in a while for a treat.
- Minimum commitment is one year.
We started the program in mid January 2009. We already have 7 students.
